Q: How long does it take me to get my order once I place it?

A: We need 1-2 days to process your order after get your payment, and normally the shipping time is 5-7 business days! Q: We got our tracking number two days ago but our order is not showing up in DHL or EMS tracking system?

Q. I sent you an e-mail 3 days ago, how come, I have no response?

Q. How to enjoy your policy and discount?

A. We accept returns or exchanges on condition that shoes damages. You must contact us within 24hours after receive your goods, if damaged, we need a digital picture within 48 hours after received goods, then we will review and if claim is legitimate will give return authorization number, and you have to return your item within 5 days after contacting us. The returned product must be in unused condition and sent back in the same condition as it was sent to you.
